The Benefits of joining SANCE are amongst others the following:
1.
We make it
possible and easy for those who has Commodities for sale to find Buyers,
and for those wanting to Buy Commodities, to find Sellers, quickly and
easily without the need to run around from Table Top Meeting to Table
Top Meeting (TTM ) looking for Product or Funds.
2.The National Commodity
Exchange deal straight with either the Buyer, The Seller or their
respective Mandate Holders (one person on either side).
3. The Focus of the Commodity Exchange will be to set
guidelines for a currently "unregulated" South African commodity
industry. Intermediaries and Mandate Holders are invited to
register with S.A.N.C.E.
4. In return all registered Intermediaries will
receive a registration number and a Membership Card with your unique
Membership Number.
5. A special Web Page is also built for anyone wanting
to verify Membership of individual S.A.N.C.E. members.
6. Registered S.A.N.C.E. Members receive
preferential information from the Exchange when we receive Product (POP)
and Funds (POF). As Mines and Buyers are becoming more familiar with
S.A.N.C.E. and since their experience with us is generally very
positive, more and more mines and Buyers turn to us for assistance.
International Buyers prefer to deal through accredited Groups like
S.A.N.C.E. Being part of S.A.N.C.E. create excellent opportunities for
you!
7. The National Commodity Exchange Boasts with its own
Board selected from some of the most experienced and most influential
commodity Brokers in South Africa. Their cumulative knowledge of many
years experience in Commodity trading is to your direct benefit. You
will learn from their mistakes and accordingly you will save lots of
time and money.
8. The Commodity exchange
strive to serve as a central base where Products and Funds meet. Many
Buyers and Seller are running around trying to source either
Product for their Money, or Funds for their product. They are messed
around from meeting to meeting where either no POF (Proof of Funds) or
POP (Proof of Products) exists.
9. The Commodity exchange
takes responsibility for assisting in verifying Proof of Product (pop)
and Proof of Funds (pof) for our clients beforehand. Only once POP
and POF have been 100% verified and confirmed, the Buyers and Sellers
mandates will be contacted to arrange with the Buyers and Sellers to
come to a once off TTM where final proof will be presented to both
parties concerned, and the final signing of agreements will be arranged.
10. The Commodity Exchange
can assist to draft the final contracts for
signing, prepare the IMFPA's for signing by the Intermediaries and
Mandate holders and be the paymaster securing the payments for all
concerned on a monthly basis.
11. The Commodity Exchange
offers a complete, "One Stop" Service and takes pride in assisting to
get the Industry cleaned out.
12. Proof of Funds or
Product is registered in numerical order. Clients are served on a "First
Come, First Served" Basis. This means that the sooner you register your
Funds or Products with us, the sooner we will be able to close a deal
for you.

Intermediaries interested
to make quick money simply because of their presence in meetings, and
who are not involved in doing the hard work involved in commodity
trading will be facilitated as referral agents. Referring agents will be
rewarded handsomely with a "Once Off Referral Commission".
13. We invite
all Intermediaries, Buyers, Sellers, Mandates and Commodity Companies to register S.A.N.C.E. You
will be allocated with a registration number and your own unique
Membership Card. The Annual Fee is R1500.
14. You will receive regular Email updates
with Product, information, news and updates
15. You will immediately be accredited as a S.A.N.C.E.
Member.
16. We offer assistance to conclude
transactions
17. We offer training to SANCE
Members on different subjects of interest
18. We will forward you your Special
Membership Card containing your S.A.N.C.E. Membership number, ID Number and
Photograph, stamped by S.A.N.C.E.
19. As a S.A.N.C.E. member you may use
your S.A.N.C.E. membership Number on your Letterheads, emails and Business
Cards.
20. You will be invited to Join our
Circle of Senior commodity Brokers. We have Meetings every two weeks
where available Product, methods to Market Products, Advertising of
Products, names of people not to be trusted and why, market trends etc.
etc. is discussed on a informal basis. We will also be inviting
specialists in their fields to briefly address the meeting on various
subjects of Interest such as RBCT, Coal, Mining, Chrome, Manganese, Rail
allocations and how it works and other problems and solutions in the
Industry.
These meetings normally happen in
Centurion,
Pretoria.
21. We blacklist Brokers,
Seller and Buyers who waste time of others with Fraudulent, Fake
Products and Illegal Buyers. Only SANCE members have access to these
names (must be kept confidential at all times). Dealing with the Legal
Guys is a big part of your success. Brokers running around with Ghost
products will cause you much heart ace, time and money. We save you this
wasted energy.
22. S.A.N.C.E. have
Compiled the, now well used, AA Agreement. This document required
both Buyers and Sellers, or their legally nominated entities, to sign
the Attestation to confirm their Funds or Products. This document has a
penalty or R50,000 attached if such Buyer does not have the funds to
purchase the product offered, or if such Seller does not have the
product which was initially offered to the market to sell. This prevent
people offering FAKE Funds and Products, once again saving you much time
and money. This document is now used widely by Commodity Brokers who
want to ensure that Product and Funds are real. Our pre-signed,
completed documents, AA Agreements, IMFPA and NCNDA documents are all
available online. This help to speed up the processes.
