This is our view on Commissions
-
It is very important to note that SANCE does not
automatically share in any of your Commissions when you
become a S.A.N.C.E. (Commodity Exchange) member or affiliate.
-
SANCE will not circumvent you when you refer or
bring your clients to us. If you send Mr. Smith to us, it is
important that you communicate this to us by Email (in writing).
We do not automatically know all the guys you work with.
-
We do get many calls on a daily basis from
people from all over the World who have found our Information on
the Internet. The fact that you know someone does not make you
an automatic participant in commissions.
-
We communicate almost daily with over 300
Buyers, Sellers, Mandates and Intermediaries from all over the
World. We probably already do Business with someone you know.
-
The main thing is that you should tell your
Clients about our services to the International Commodity
Industry, and about the products we have on offer before we tell
them about it ourselves, or before they find our products and
call us themselves.
SPLIT OF COMMISSIONS: We do not agree with Buyers
and/or Sellers mandate coming with an attitude of
"1.75% is Closed
for our side". This means that they want everyone to help
them find Buyers or Sellers, do all the Negotiations and meetings
for them and they want all the money.
Commodity Brokers have for long enough worked
for free for Mines and Buyers.
SANCE's stance on this is as
follows. Everyone involved in the transaction, whether Buyers
Mandates or Sellers Mandates, or Intermediaries should all get
exactly the same, equal share of the commissions of 3.5%.
If a person have only been
involved passively, by passing a Name or number to someone without
doing any real work, making calls or negotiating, they should
get a ONCE OFF referral fee only (our Fee on this is R50,000).
We have had Countries' political leaders wanting to
buy Coal through us, from South Africa, wanting 2% of the available
3.5% commissions. This is absolute NONSENSE.
If you are GREEDY and only want success for
yourself, without any care for those who pull together with you to
conclude Business successfully, we prefer not to do Business with
you. If however you believe is just reward for all, please do
contact us-we can go a long way together.
If you would like to comment on this or give us your
input, please do so by email to
